OUR GUARANTEE: If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@bekyndbeauty.com within 30 days of your BeKynd Beauty order delivery.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us prior to initiating a return to ensure proper refund processing. Returning items without prior communication may hinder our ability to identify the products, potentially extending refund processing time or invalidating the refund altogether.
Please note that if you send unwanted items to an incorrect address without seeking return instructions from us, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those products.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Write your order number and name clearly and include in the package
- Send back all items from your order in their original packaging
- Return any complimentary gifts received unopened/unused
- Return the items within a 30 day period from your order being delivered. If your return arrives after these 30 days have passed, we will not be able to accept it or process a refund.
We will not provide refunds for products returned to us more than 30 days after the delivery of your order. No exceptions.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. We maintain the right to deny any returns that don't meet these criteria. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, and we suggest using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse. You should email us the tracking information so we can monitor your return status. If you don't provide tracking and the returned package doesn't arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund. Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER: In cases where a product is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be held liable for reshipping the item. We may issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
In instances where a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered, you may receive a replacement or full refund for the ordered products.
Alternatively, we can resend the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. It's important to note that this policy doesn't apply to Refused Packages.
We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders more than 30 days after delivery.
DAMAGED PACKAGES If you receive any damaged goods in your order, please contact our customer support team at support@bekyndbeauty.com. We'll promptly investigate the matter and, if the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange to send you a replacement for the damaged item. No replacements will be sent without evidence that the package arrived damaged.

REFUSED PACKAGES If you decline a package, please be aware that the package will incur a return shipping fee. This fee will be subtracted from your refund. We won't know the exact amount of the fee until we're billed by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept the responsibility of covering this return fee.
It's crucial to note that refused shipments/packages can get lost during the return process and may not make it back to us. In such cases, if you refuse your shipment and it doesn't return to our warehouse, we won't be able to issue a refund. Please consider this when thinking about refusing a shipment, as we can't be held responsible for lost refused packages.
For this reason, we advise you to accept the package and contact us to properly process a return rather than refusing it.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION POLICY Customers can only cancel their subscription to the Scalp Reset Starter Kit after a 14-day period from the date of their initial order. The purpose of this policy is to allow sufficient time for customers to receive and try our product. After the 14-day period, customers can cancel their subscription. To do so, customers must email our support at support@bekyndbeauty.com to begin the return process. The cancellation request should be made after the 14-day period has elapsed. Customers will not incur any further charges or receive additional shipments once the subscription is canceled. For any questions or assistance with the cancellation process, customers can contact our customer support team.
Please note that by placing an order and subscribing to our product, you agree to adhere to the cancellation policy outlined above.
MISSING ITEMS: We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Please contact us so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
